Gala du Regroupement Affaires Femmes (RAF) honours the excellence of girls and women from Canada’s Black Francophone community and recognizes their role in society’s progress.

RAF obtains a $25,000 grant through the Bilingual Ottawa project for the 12th bilingual RAF gala.
